Mood Exhibit Such a bright, eccentric, and melodic collection of electronica that always reminds us that the best electronic music is the type that is exploratory and doesn't take itself too seriously. Many tracks have twists and turns that made me grin. Fun stuff! Favorite track: Negative Zero (feat BVSMV).

You Are Stardust Supply Fi and Suncastle have put together a melodic and experimental gem. The use of arpeggios, IDM beats, and ambient twists and turns keeps the listener engaged (and smiling) over the course of the entire album. Favorite track: City Slicker in his Sports Car.

Belial Pelegrim Superbly detailed electronic gold. A massively enjoyable assortment of musical ideas and concepts that are fully realized and bought forth with amazing production acumen. Favorite track: Paper Labrynth.

Andrulian The seamless fusing of ambience with edgy, IDM drum / percussion sounds, intricate arps and often edgy synth riffs creates a captivating sound.

It's really hard to describe in terms of genres but that creates an album that has lots of different elements that merge and weave to create ambiences with edgy percussion, IDM / industrial sounds, evolving basses and great synth leads. Favorite track: Paper Labrynth.

This is one of the Black Friday goodies I've grabbed. "Triplicate Records" always is a good address for finding some very fine electronica stuff in case of need. Well, I was in considerable need yesterday, so I picked an older album by George Evans aka "Suncastle", since I enjoyed (and still enjoy) his October 2019 release "Basecamp" pretty much. Needless to say that I'm enjoying "Original Son" just as much. By the way, it comes with some of the best liner notes I've ever read... :-D Sven B. Schreiber (sbs)
